Two large diamond-shaped medallions are weaved on a light red background. Two smaller octagonal medallions are placed between them in the center of the rug. The rug is bordered with three stripes, the middle one is decorated with geometric ornament. The other two thin stripes have the same meander ornament, which in ancient times had a simple shape and was called ‘su’, which means ‘flowing water’.
