Published by Giovanni Ostaus, Venice, woodcut of Lucrezia designed by Giuseppe Salviati (Giuseppe Porta, called Il Salviati), Italian, Castelnuova di Garfagnana ca. 1520-1575 Venice.
Design is printed upon a grid. It is in the shape of a triangle and is ornamented with coiling and intertwining vines of flowers and leaves that surround a small hexagon in the center.
