Description
-
Design for a frieze with a meandering acanthus scroll with three full loops. On the right side a satyr has been depicted from the back, he holds onto the acanthus scroll with both arms. To his left a fantastical feline creature is placed. Interspersed between the acanthus scrolls there are also three playful putti and a little dog.
