The ornamentl band features arepeat motif of a double-headed eagle containing a tiny female figure, with minor birds baed on its wings and tail, and an anttropomorphic figure with upraised arms, bird-crowned head and solar rosette on the skirt. The upper frieze has a repeat pattern of plants forms; a series of a peacocks facing right is arranged in the outer border.
