The principal repeat design of the central band incorporates a double-headed eagle with a bird atop and a rectangular building in the arch of which two female figures are set – one with lowered arms, the other supporting a bird in an upraised arm. Arranged above the eagle is a sailing boat with a female figure aft. The ornamentation included minor birds and solar rosettes. The figural panel is bordered by narrow bands with a repetetive female figures with lowered arms posed between two confronted birds.
