The front hem is occupied by a three-part compositions ‘bird boat’ with a stylized Tree of Life atop flanked by formalized birds. Three highly conventionalized Trees of Life flanked by minor opposed birds add to the ornamentation at the back hem. The outer border is filled with a series of boat-like forms.
