The centre of the composition is occupied by a double-headed eagle flanked by two female figures amidst paired birds presented heraldically. Arranged in the upper register is a female figure holding by the bridle of a pair of rampant horses. The lower part presents two female figures seated on either side of a large bird with wide-open beak.
